Can Fondu go in the dishwasher?
No. Wipe the scoop head with a soft damp cloth. Do not put the electric handle in a dishwasher and do not submerge it in water.
Is Fondu waterproof?
Fondu is designed for normal kitchen cleanup, but the charging area and handle should be kept dry. Do not soak the product.
How long does the battery last?
Runtime varies by freezer temperature, pint hardness, and use pattern. Charge before first use and recharge when heating performance slows.
Do you support returns?
Eligible unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
